Personal Trainer Jori Kota-aho, Vireus

Jori loves his work as a trainer, especially being able to improve people’s quality of life and to help people learn more about themselves and get better results. Mobility has been a passion for Jori for many years. Jori deals with mobility issues on a daily basis, and many people come to him as they understand how important mobility is.

Sports has always been an important part of Jori’s life, and after doing boxing when younger, he’s done Street Workout, for example, winning Finnish championship in his category in 2016.
